Terms: - Cash sale: Terms of the sale are cash payment in
full, check payment in full or wire transfer of funds and must be made
within seventy-two hours following purchase.
Personal checks are to be payable to John Marshall. Seller reserves the right to require a
certified check as settlement before releasing the animal.
- 90 days same as cash: 50% of the purchase price must be paid
to John Marshall within three working days of the sale. The balance of the purchase price must
be paid to Seller on or before 90 days from the date of sale. Buyer will execute a promissory note, a
purchase agreement and provide proof of insurance in the amount of the
purchase price with seller named as a loss payee. Buyer may take possession. Seller will retain the ARI registration until the alpaca is paid for in full. Buyer agrees to Default of Purchase
clause. Should the buyer fail to
pay the remaining balance of 50% of the purchase price within 90 days, the
Buyer forfeits their claim on the alpaca as well as the initial 50% down
payment. In the event that the
buyer fails to pay the final payment, the seller reserves the right to immediately
resell the animal.

- Term Financing :
We will finance your purchase for up to 48 months with interest fixed
at 6% with at least a 25% down payment. Seller will retain the
ARI registration until the alpaca is paid in full. The
alpaca must be insured for the full purchase price with the seller
named as a loss payee until any seller financing has been payed off.
- The seller reserves the right to
reject any offer for the sale of its alpaca(s).
- Title and Delivery: Title passes to the buyer upon the
fulfillment of the contract.
- Registration Papers: ARI registration papers will be delivered
when check clears the bank or when the alpaca is paid for in full
including all the alpaca’s veterinary expenses. Buyer is responsible for all transfer
fees.
- Blood typing: All breeding animals have been blood
typed and registered with the ARI.
- Governing Law: The sale, and all transactions between
the Buyer and Seller will be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
